Managing Stress as GC: A Roadmap to Greater Well-being | March 5 + April 3 @ 9:30am PT

If I want to have a more meaningful stress-free life, what can I do?

On March 5th we kicked off a 2-part workshop with Melissa Griffiths, a best selling author and certified practitioner helping conscious leaders to create a balanced and coherent mind, heart, and emotions to positively impact the growth of a business.

Why attend?

When we are resilient, our nervous system supports the homeostatic functions of health, growth, and restoration. When we succumb to stress then blood pressure, heart rate, and adrenaline increase, while digestion, immunity, relational ability, and fuel storage all decrease. This can lead to health challenges, as well as an inability to perform at our best.

Melissa will explore proven, scientific tools and techniques that leaders can implement to manage stress and burnout, and receive psychological benefits such as enhanced well-being, greater life satisfaction, and reduced feelings of anxiety and depression.
